研究课题

一直着力于金属、手性小分子等多种催化体系以及协同催化体系,以发展新型的不对称反应,构建复杂手性类药性骨架,目前已建立了十余种多官能团、多手性中心化合物的合成新方法,建立数百个新型化合物库为进一步发现和设计新型生理活性手性化合物奠定坚实基础。主要包括以下两个研究方向

1.设计手性硫醇类催化剂,以其作为新型的Lewis碱应用于多类不对称催化反应中,合成多取代的手性产物。

2.以过渡金属钯活化含酸性氢的烯丙醇衍生物,通过原位形成的含π-烯丙基钯配合物的偶极子发展多类不对称环化反应,构建复杂的手性环状骨架。
