研究方向

含硼小分子化合物因其独特的化学性质在药物设计方面受到很大关注,在抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等方面正扮演愈发重要的角色。通过有机合成新方法构建结构新颖的含硼药物分子,优化该类分子的成药性,结合计算机辅助药物设计等新技术开展磷酸酶等“难成药靶点”的设计合成以及生物活性研究,包括:

1. 含硼小分子化合物的抗肿瘤以及抗耐药菌药物化学研究

2. 磷酸酯酶抑制剂的设计合成及生物学研究

3. PROTAC等靶向蛋白降解药物的设计及生物机制研究
